Workshop on youth participation and advocacy

The network held a training workshop on youth participation and advocacy, focusing on the difference between passive and active participation, choosing an issue, gathering information, understanding the social and political context, and building coalitions and networks.

Participants also discussed how to engage decision-makers, expand personal and community participation, and turn public issues into organized, actionable advocacy campaigns.
